From the Press release:

“This will be the largest gathering of impressionist plein air painters in history, and the first ever convention and expo of outdoor artists. […]

A worldwide resurgence in plein air painting led PleinAir magazine to create the Plein Air Convention and Expo. Artists from North America, Russia, France, England, Ireland, Brazil, New Zealand, and other countries will gather from April 12-15. They will be painting en plein air at Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and Spring Mountain Ranch on Saturday, April 14, and at Bonnie Springs Old Nevada on Sunday, April 15.

The Plein Air Convention represents an unprecedented opportunity for painters to exchange ideas and learn from top artists. The gathering will include not just painting, but painting demonstrations and lectures from some of the world’s top painters and top art historians.”

The show will run through April 25 at the Red Rock Casino and Resort In Las Vegas. Find out more here.
