Lazare Gallery, located in historic Charles City County, Virginia directly beside the Berkeley Plantation on the James River (between Richmond and Williamsburg) is open by appointment. Our 8200 square foot gallery houses approximately 1100 fine paintings from the Moscow School of Russian Realism. Included in the collection are paintings by a number of the greatest Soviet Era master artists as well as paintings by many acclaimed Surikov educated living artists and professors. In an attempt to make our out of town guests comfortable while viewing our sizable collection, we offer a private guest house located in a lovely forested setting overlooking a peaceful pond which is on the gallery property. Guests may also arrive by boat and dock at the water front gallery. Art appreciators from many countries visit us. We can arrange for visitors to be picked up at the Richmond Virginia Airport.
